Many people drop out of work, and stay off work, due to health reasons. Through a case study, I reflected on the struggles individuals can experience, and on how IP additional support services, such as vocational rehabilitation can support individuals to successfully return to work and stay in work. It’s so rewarding to see such positive outcomes.
